AMC is dedicated to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, prioritizing compliance to prevent hazards and accidents. We provide training, healthcare facilities, and instant emergency services through our healthcare center staffed with qualified doctors and nurses, ensuring free emergency treatment. Our daycare centers, managed by trained professionals, guarantee the proper care and happiness of children.
Fire & Safety
At AMC, building structure and fire safety are top priorities. We've implemented comprehensive fire safety and evacuation plans, utilizing advanced systems like addressable fire alarms, automatic smoke detectors, fire doors, and a 1000 GPM hydrant system. The entire project area is covered by a powerful hydrant system with a 580,000-liter water reserve. To ensure uninterrupted 24/7 power supply, we have a self-sufficient power generation system, featuring Caterpillar generators from the USA and FG Wilson diesel generators from the UK.
ETP
AMC places a high value on the environment and operates one of the largest waste management systems. All solid waste and effluent from the factory undergo environmentally safe treatment in our textile complex. Our project features two 100% biological wastewater treatment plants, certified by the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) of Bangladesh. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, one plant from SIMEM, Italy, with a water purifying capacity of 2000 m3/day, and another from PANTAREI, Italy, with a capacity of 3000 m3/day, are integral to the recycling process. Both companies are recognized for their advanced technology, highest standard parameters, and efficiency in treating polluted water. These eco-friendly plants are rare in Bangladesh, and we take pride in our commitment to minimizing environmental impact.
